If the glare still will not move
Email us one photo of what you were shooting within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full. We would rather refund you than have you believe a polarizer is magic.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and, if it is a glare problem, one photo of the scene.
- We reply with instructions. For a physical return, the item should come back in resellable condition.
- Refunds go to the original payment method once we have confirmed the return.
What is not covered
A polarizer works on light reflected off non-metal surfaces at an angle. It does not remove reflections head-on, does not work on glowing screens, and cannot recover a shot taken straight into the light. The card in the box explains the angle in one page.
