Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if the order appears fraudulent — and we will refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging you.

Product photos show the actual pillow. Colours can look slightly different between screens.
What this product is
Snando pillows are comfort bedding, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed neck or spine condition, or pain that wakes you or does not improve, speak to a healthcare professional — a pillow is not a substitute for that conversation.
Customer comments and quoted material
Where this site quotes sleepers describing pillow height problems, those quotes are taken from public discussions and marketplace reviews and are attributed to their source. They describe other people's experiences with pillows in general and are not claims about what Snando will do for you, and they are not Snando customer reviews.
The 100-Night Flip Trial
The trial and the Keep-It Refund are described on our Refund & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. The trial applies to the original purchaser and to one pillow set per household.
Using this site
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the store, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
