How long it takes
Two parts, and we show both so nothing is a surprise:
- Processing — 1 to 2 business days. We pack the pillow and hand it to the carrier.
- Transit — the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
The delivery estimate at checkout is the one we stand behind. We do not put a faster number on a banner and a slower one at checkout.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. You see the final amount before you pay — no charges added afterwards.
After you order
- Order confirmation email — straight away
- Shipping confirmation with a tracking link — when it leaves the warehouse
- Tracking updates — as the carrier scans it
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once it ships, the address is locked by the carrier.
Tracking has not moved in days
Carriers sometimes go quiet between scans. If there is no movement for 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier — you do not have to do that part.
