- Not sure which side to start on? Send us your shoulder width (measure from the base of your neck to the tip of your shoulder) and we will tell you which side to try first. This is free, and it is the fastest way to get the pillow working for you.
- Order status or tracking — have your order number ready.
- Returns under the 100-Night Flip Trial — just say the word, no forms.
- Something arrived damaged — send a photo and we sort it the same day.
Before you write in
If you are three nights in and it still feels odd, that is normal — most people need about a week per side before their neck settles. Try the other side first, then email us.
