100-Night Flip Trial & Keep-It Refund
Sleep on both sides. Then decide.
This pillow has a lower side and a higher side. You are meant to try both — that is the whole idea. So the trial is long enough to actually do that.
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If neither side fits your shoulders, email us and we refund you in full.
Keep-It Refund
You do not have to ship the pillow back. No return label, no packing it up, no trip to the post office. We refund you and you keep it, pass it on, or use it in a guest room.
Why we do it this way: return shipping on a pillow costs more than the pillow is worth to us, and arguing about it costs both of us time. This is simpler and it is honest.
How to start a refund
- Email hello@snando.com with your order number.
- Tell us which sides you tried and roughly how long. This is not a test — it just helps us make the next pillow better.
- We issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank posts it within 5 to 10 business days.
Before you ask for a refund, try this
Most people who are unhappy at night three are on the wrong side. Flip it and give the other side four or five nights. If it is still wrong after that, we refund you — no hard feelings and no follow-up sales emails.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo when you email. We replace it or refund it, and you do not ship anything back.
Cancelling
Before it ships — email us and we cancel it for a full refund. After it ships, treat it as the trial above.
