Two things go wrong with a cap on a long day outdoors. It turns into a sweat trap by mid morning, and it says nothing about you because there is nowhere to put anything on it.
This one fixes both. The side and back panels are laser perforated with hundreds of small holes, so heat leaves the crown instead of pooling in it. And there are two hook and loop panels, one across the front and a smaller one on the side, waiting for whatever patches you already own.
Why perforation instead of mesh
Mesh panels breathe well but they look like a trucker cap and they snag. Laser perforating a solid panel keeps the clean structured face of the cap, keeps the fabric strong, and still opens up most of the surface to airflow. You get the ventilation without the cap changing category.
