Flat printed logos die in the wash. This one can't — it's puff embroidery, which means the letter is built up on a foam core and stitched over the top, so the B stands off the fabric with real height and a hard edge you can feel with your thumb.
It's a big letter, too. The Old English B fills most of the front panel, which is the whole point: this is a cap that does one loud thing well instead of five quiet things badly.
The contrast is on both sides of the brim
Look at the underside. On Black Gold and White Gold it's gold; on Navy Orange it's orange. So does every vent eyelet, and so does the small BURISH / BLUE MOUNTAIN badge on the right side panel. When you're wearing it, the person facing you sees that colour flash under the brim — that's the detail that makes the cap read as designed rather than blank.
On the naming
We renamed all three colourways to describe the cap you'll actually receive: body colour first, embroidery colour second. Black Gold is a black cap. No guessing.
